Custom and personalised orders
Please get in touch if you're interested in a different size or design which is not featured in my online collection. I'm happy to take on any customised orders and will provide a quote for such.
Production times
Everything is made to order by hand and it usually takes up to 7-14 days. If you require an item quicker please let me know as I may be able to produce it sooner.
Delivery
Free delivery when you spend £60 and over per order.
I use Yodel Direct or Royal Mail for the majority of my deliveries.
Standard shipping is £3.99 and takes 3-5 business days.
For standard delivery there is no signature required meaning your parcel can be left in a safe place. Please indicate in the order notes where you would like the parcel left. If you'd prefer you can select signed for delivery for £4.99
I can sometimes offer International delivery on certain small items please get in touch direct for a quote. I'm afraid I do not post lampshades abroad.
Care Instructions
For my cushions, doorstops, draught excluders and bags I would recommend hand washing or using a gentle wash cycle in the washing machine, max temp 30 degrees, wash inside out and leave to dry flat.
For lampshades wipe clean with a microfibre cloth or vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment.
Cushion pad options
I offer 2 types of cushion pads:
Super microfibre- this is an ultra-fine, light and springy manmade fibre made from polyester. Microfibre is synthetic, making it is suitable for allergy sufferers
Duck feather- this natural filling is made from the finest, ethically and sustainably sourced duck and goose feathers and Downpass certified.
Returns and Exchanges
There is a 30 day return and exchange policy, please get in touch for help.
