By purchasing from Fox and Fowl you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY 

We keep all customers information confidential and do not share any information with any outside parties under any circumstances.

All payments are processed securely either through Shopify payments. We use Shopify Payments for your convenience and security, as it offers buyer protection.

Payment must be cleared before any order is sent.

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

All products are made to order, please take note of the production time. I can sometimes make and despatch items quicker, please get in touch.

DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent via Yodel Direct and Royal Mail. Delivery takes between 3-5 days.

We will aim to despatch items 7-10 days after the order is placed.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost for returning items must be paid by the customer, if the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All computer monitors display colours in different ways so we cannot guarantee the product will be exactly as you see it on your screen. We strongly recommend reading the product description for the size, colour, material, design and postage before you go ahead with your purchase. I also offer 2 free fabric samples.
