All UK orders are sent via Yodel, Evri or Royal Mail. The delivery fee is £3.99 or free for orders over £100.

Processing time -  7-10 days are required to make individual items.

Estimated delivery times - once shipped items usually take 3-5 business days. I'll do my best to meet delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Customs and Import taxes - Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

International delivery  - At this time I'm afraid I don't offer International delivery for lampshades because of the high cost due to the parcel size. I may be able to deliver smaller items internationally, please get in contact for a quote.
